Location and Service Area:

The proposed hospital will be located on a 25-acre site in eastern Davie County just north of the I-40 interchange with Hwy 801.  The site is in an area designated for commercial growth and is across from Kinderton Place shopping center.  Construction has begun on rebuilding the I-40/801 interchange and widening Hwy 801, so access to the hospital will be quick and easy from western Forsyth, southern Yadkin and Davie counties.

The population of the service area is projected to be more than 92,000 by 2010 and 117,500 by 2030.”
